Tried fighting the IBM with my husband today for the first time and it absolutely annihilated us. We had good gear but were significantly underprepared resource-wise. Best we did was to barely make it to the beginning of the final phase on our fifth go at it before we decided we both needed a break. Definitely plan on trying the termite armor in the future (as well as the giddy goop trinket if we can ever find it) if we ever go back to it.

I found a way around the staff no block zone that makes wizards defence actually good. If you hold, even for a few seconds, then press block at the exact frame you release, it still fires, and you can block immediately

Once the grounded mod community evolves a bit you should stream a modded grounded play through. It could be a really interesting challenge, and grounded modding is definitely becoming more popular with the game getting no more updates

I wish bleed in grounded was like in ark survival ascended/evolved, where bleed is a percentage, so it is really good for high health enemies

I hope they either remove the useless effects completely or increase the chance to get S or A tier effects a lot more frequently. Because getting C or D tier effects is super easy and there's rarely a drop without at least one of them on a trinket/weapon. Getting S and A tier effects requires hours of reloading, especially if you want to get a good combination of them... so they really need to balance the droprates of each effect.

Im playin on the ps5.. and for the ash walls, if you hit the L1 button. The stick in the wall will change direction. It is such a big help if you're really into the fine details like me lol

Spell Sprouts can be farmable using the garden patch and some rotten food to speed it up

I am 90% sure the Implant Weakness effects are not as useful as you say. You state that they increase the damage by 50%, but I am fairly certain it is not Additive, but Multiplicative, so if the enemy has 50% Spicy Weakness already, it will increase by 25% instead of 50%. So when the enemy has Resistance, it is even more useless.

Poison, Bleed, etc. should scale up with each ng+. I hate how with every ng+ you have less options on what to use cause they get power crept.

A bug that I notice is that on NG+1, I’m not getting Infected Broodmother Infused Ooze, like ever. I have +40% Loot Luck, but almost never getting that Infected Broodmother Infused Ooze. I believe it’s a 100% Chance, but I only got one after killing the creature like 15 times. (NG+1)

I'm not the best at parrying but I LOVE the Samurai Effect. I got it paired with spicy up best and my Coaltana obliterates everything

Honestly all of the Finale effects need to be buffed (except goo and fury)
